Enrollment Program Beginning in September 2003, the Babson College
School of Executive Education will be hosting a three day open
enrollment program, based on concepts from The Coaching Manager:
Developing Top Talent in Business, for practicing managers and
leaders who want to build coaching into their leadership toolkit,
as well as OD and HR managers who provide internal coaching
services. This will be a highly interactive experiential learning
experience, with pre-work including The Coaching Manager
Multi-Rater Assessment, a new 360 for those who want to assess
their progress in developing a coaching friendly context in their
