The Coaching Manager Workshop
This 2 day workshop helps managers learn to coach by coaching.  Working in teams, participants learn to build a coaching friendly context and create meaningful coaching dialogues.  They learn experientially, through the practice of actually coaching others so that they can take their learning back to the workplace.  Workshops are tailored to meet the organization's needs and objectives.

Individualized Coaching with Leaders
We provide individual executive coaching for leaders who are trying to build their organizations through learning.  Focused executive coaching is tailored to meet the specific needs of the leader in the context of their own organizations.

The Coaching Manager Multi-rater Feedback Instrument
Based on the concepts described in The Coaching Manager, leaders can more objectively assess their effectiveness as a vehicle for focusing their own developmental work.  The Coaching Manager Multi-rater Feedback tool is administered exclusively by James Hunt and Joseph Weintraub.  It is only available in the context of individual executive coaching or our Coaching Manager workshop.
